3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
c137 offers subscription plans with the following terms:
- Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial with 50 energy
- Paid Subscriptions: Billed monthly, includes 1,000 energy per month
- Energy Boosters: One-time purchases for additional energy. Booster energy never expires.
Energy Booster Requirements
Energy booster packs provide additional energy credits for your account. Please note:
- Subscription Required: Energy boosters are only available for purchase to users with an active premium subscription
- Active Subscription to Use: Booster energy can only be used while you maintain an active subscription. If your subscription ends or is canceled, you will not be able to use the Service (including any remaining booster energy) until you resubscribe
- Energy Preserved: Upon resubscription, any unused booster energy will become available again
- Energy Deduction Order: Booster energy is used first, then subscription energy. This maximizes the value of your renewable monthly subscription energy
No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly subscriptions and energy booster packs. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
6. Data Retention
Data retention varies based on your account status:
- Free trial users (never subscribed): Data deleted 30 days after trial expires
- Cancelled subscribers: Data deleted 30 days after subscription ends
- Active subscribers: Data retained indefinitely
You may export or delete your data at any time through account settings.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Generate, store, or transmit illegal content
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
8. AI Disclaimer
Important: c137 uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.

You are solely responsible for how you use information provided by the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our Service: The c137 service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by c137 Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
